ASLAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

In keeping with the standards of service expected of a 4 star guest house we have provided here, an outline of our service conditions, for guidance and information, to ensure that our terms are fair and clear to all our guests.

Cancellation

In the case of cancellation within 3 weeks of your intended date of arrival, the card details provided will be charged with the balance of the cost of the stay if the room(s) booked can not be re-let.

If a booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the intended date of arrival, the card details provided will be charged with the cost of the stay. If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the stay as booked will remain payable on departure.

Booking

To reserve a room, you are required to provide valid card details (card type, 16 digit number, issue date, expiry date, issue number and a valid 3 digit security code as shown on the signature strip, as appropriate).

Any bookings made whether verbally or written are subject to the terms and conditions listed here without exception.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.

Non- Smoking Policy

Due to the introduction of a new law prohibiting smoking in enclosed public places, including guest houses such as Aslar, guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere within Aslar Guest House, (this includes private rooms). Guests who fail to observe this law will be reminded that the law is in force within Aslar premises.

Arrival/Departure Times

Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:00pm or by arrangement, and are required to vacate their rooms by 10:00am on their last morning.

Guests arriving before 4:00pm in the day may deposit their luggage and belongings with Aslar, earlier than the above times, by arrangement if their rooms are unavailable at the time of arrival.

Aslar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
